Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent to the email address: kontakt@bezzer.shop.

In case of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to return the product immediately, no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed us of the withdrawal. The return address will be provided in the response to the notification.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.


2. Limitations of the right of withdrawal – sealed products

According to Article 38, point 5 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

"where the subject of the service is a sealed good that cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery."

Therefore, we inform that:

  • products available in the bezzer.shop store are sealed due to their nature and intended use,

  • once the original packaging is opened, the return of such products will not be possible, even within 14 days from purchase,

  • if the packaging is unopened, returns are possible under the general terms specified in point 1.

Please make your purchases thoughtfully.


3. Refunds

If the customer withdraws from the contract in accordance with the law and the product is returned in an undamaged condition, the refund will be made within 14 days from the day of receiving the product or proof of its dispatch, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction.


4. Complaints

If the delivered product:

  • is defective,

  • was damaged during transport,

  • does not match the description,

the customer has the right to file a complaint.

Complaints can be submitted by email to: kontakt@bezzer.shop. Please provide a description of the problem, order number, and if possible, photos documenting the defect or damage.

After receiving the complaint, we will consider it within 14 days and inform you about further steps. If the complaint is accepted, the customer may demand:

  • replacement of the product,

  • price reduction,

  • withdrawal from the contract (if the defect is significant).


5. Age restrictions

According to applicable regulations, products containing nicotine or caffeine are not intended for persons under 18 years of age. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are of legal age.
